Scam. They fail to mention that they are selling users, not real games. They are quick with their support before buying, but once you've bought something and it doesn't work, they don't answer.
They are obliged to mention that they sell users, not games, so I'm trying to reach out for a refund, but they don't read nor respond to emails (their words), and you have to reach out to customer service through the chat. The chat, however, does not work and it keeps closing due to "long user inactivity" while I am here waiting with my screen on. I've also been waiting for over half an hour and it keeps saying that I'm 3rd in line and wait time will be approximately 8 minutes. Total scam, wish I had read the other comments here and not just trusted the 4 stars that I saw on the trustpilot Google hit.

Buyed Sekiro two times from them and i can't still play the game, every time same problem the game lock and they want you to make a video and don't give you a real technical support.

Don’t be fooled into thinking you are buying a legitimate download code. You get log-in details for someone else’s account, and if you are willing to go down that route you then get consulated instructions to down load while logged-in as someone else
I have requested a refund but am currently being ignored.
Avoid.

FRAUD!
They don't give you cd-key.
Don't use their way to activate via 3rd account.

I don't usually buy accounts with games on them bcos I don't trust them but this experience was very trustworthy they kept in contact text me when my product was ready and they had a working live chat which told me the instructions on how to get it work will probably use them again for another product in the future

I tried to buy a PS5 game and before I buy it, they said I can play it on my main account, but when I paid, they told me that you just bought another account! I immediately asked for a refund through the chat, and they kept reading my messages and ignoring me, then after two hours, they went ahead and activated the game without telling me, and told me oops the game is active, and you can't get a refund. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS
